Full-Time Senior Research Associate

As a Senior Research Associate, you will work alongside a cross-functional team to support clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Research Execution and Quality Assurance:
• Perform tasks thoroughly to produce high-quality market research.
• Load, test, and proofread surveys.
• Assure data accuracy and relevance.
• Design and program research instruments.
• Use Research Engine platform effectively.
• Project Coordination and Deliverable Management:
• Manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate effectively.
• Meet client needs and deadlines.
• Ensure projects are executed within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with daily moderation.
• Oversee data collection and ensure quotas met.
• Deliverable Management & Project Satisfaction:
• Support report development and data analysis.
• Present data in a clear and concise, visually appealing format.

Success Metrics:

• Quality and Accuracy: Maintain 95% data accuracy.
• Project Efficiency: Complete 90% of projects on time and within budget.
• Internal Customer Experience: Achieve 4 or higher rating on a 5-point scale for 90% of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of market research experience.
• Knowledge of research techniques.
• Familiarity with market research tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
