Senior Revenue Insights Analyst

Procore’s Revenue Insights and Analytics team is seeking a Senior Revenue Insights Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and monitor metrics/KPIs to measure Client Services success.
• Create self-service reports and dashboards (Tableau, Salesforce).
• Manage projects delivering data solutions to Customer Success and Support.
• Interpret key metrics to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Support executives to understand data needs, make data-driven decisions, and influence strategy.
• Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analyses, translating them into actionable insights for executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to influence development roadmaps.
• Establish relationships and processes with Revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations) and Revenue partners (Finance, HR, Product).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related technical field.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in operations supporting Customer Success or Customer Support (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong data visualization skills for presentations (Excel, Tableau).
• Proficient in solving complex, ambiguous problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for synthesizing and presenting data to all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Data modeling experience in SQL (Snowflake preferred), Python, DBT.
