Full-Time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

At Flowhub, we're committed to making legal cannabis accessible to everyone. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales strategy through data insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data for actionable insights to inform sales decisions.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for informed sales leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine sales strategies, processes, and procedures.
• Design and maintain business metric dashboards for sales visibility and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and support growth strategies.
• Build financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and potential improvements in sales operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and data governance best practices.
• Comfort with large datasets and distilling complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and presenting data insights to senior leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Pandas).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
