Full-Time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role: As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will optimize and maintain systems, processes, and data that drive revenue-generating teams. Focus on managing and enhancing CRM (Salesforce) data for accuracy, consistency, and automation, enabling better decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. CRM Data Management & Optimization: Audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data. Identify inconsistent data areas and improve accuracy. Build and maintain dashboards/reports for cross-functional needs (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). Pressure test CRM workflows/data pipelines for scalability & reliability.
2. Revenue Insights & Reporting: Analyze revenue performance metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity). Generate ad-hoc reports supporting GTM strategy. Document data trends defined by Revenue Operations.
3. Process Design & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks/inefficiencies in data capture/leverage. Develop/document scalable processes improving cross-team alignment & operational consistency. Collaborate with sales/marketing stakeholders to refine process, data, and automation.
4. Tool & Systems Management: Manage CRM integrations with other revenue tools. Partner with IT/vendors to scope system improvements & ensure smooth implementation. Act as power user for CRM & related platforms.
