Full-Time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving go-to-market organization and revenue operations.

Requires analytical and hands-on experience in revenue operations within fast-paced software companies.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Building detailed analyses of sales pipeline.
2. Implementing and running forecast process for international business.
3. Ensuring successful implementation of business systems to support revenue growth.
4. Building and driving efficiency of sales and marketing processes.
5. Overseeing CRM and sales-data management practices.
6. Implementing KPIs to measure and improve GTM team effectiveness.
7. Participating in design, implementation, testing, and stability of GTM tech stack.
8. Partnering with GTM teams to identify, build, and test requirements for new business systems.
9. Training and supporting end-users of systems and tools within GTM tech stack.
10. Building sales capacity and annual planning models with scenarios.
11. Designing unique and balanced sales territories.
12. Building reporting and dashboards presenting KPIs to stakeholders.
13. Participating in SIP design and implementation.
14. Building SIP plan total cost scenarios.
15. Implementing new SIP, designing communication materials, building calculators.
16. Designing and implementing new forecast processes, conducting training.
17. Building new KPIs and reporting to assess sales productivity.
18. Participating in Deal Desk and Win Desk processes.
19. Consolidating and analyzing pipeline and bookings data.
20. Implementing new GTM cadence and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of revenue operations experience
• Salesforce.com experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experienced collaborator across business functions
• Familiarity interacting with and presenting to senior management
• Database and data visualization tool experience (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise software or private equity
• Experience within acquisitive companies
• Broader experience across GTM tech stack
• MBA
