The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving our go-to-market organization and revenue operations function.
This role requires a blend of analytical and hands-on experience in revenue operations within fast-paced software companies.
You will be responsible for:
- Building detailed analyses of sales pipeline
- Implementing and running a forecast process for an international business
- Ensuring successful implementation of business systems to support revenue growth and operational cadence
- Building and driving efficiency of sales and marketing processes
- Overseeing CRM and sales-data management practices
- Implementing KPIs to measure and improve GTM team effectiveness
- Participating in the design, implementation, testing, and stability of the GTM tech stack
- Partnering with GTM teams to identify, build, and test requirements for new business systems
- Training and supporting end-users of systems and tools within the GTM tech stack
- Building sales capacity and annual planning models with scenarios
- Designing unique and balanced sales territories aligned with segmentation and fiscal budgets
- Building reporting and dashboards for KPIs to stakeholders
- Participating in SIP design and implementation
- Building SIP plan total cost scenarios
- Implementing the new SIP
- Designing and delivering communication materials
- Building incentive calculators
- Calculating SIP payments
- Designing and implementing new forecast processes
- Conducting training to sales leadership
- Hosting forecast calls with sales leaders and ICs
- Building new KPIs and reporting to assess sales organization productivity
- Participating in Deal Desk and Win Desk processes
- Consolidating and analyzing pipeline and bookings data
- Implementing new GTM cadence and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experienced collaborator across multiple business functions
- Familiarity with Database and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise software or private equity
- Experience within acquisitive companies
- Broader experience across GTM tech stack (e.g., Marketing automation, ZoomInfo, Clari, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
