The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst plays a key role in shaping and driving the go-to-market organization and revenue operations function. This position requires strong analytical and hands-on experience in revenue operations, within fast-paced software companies.
Responsibilities include:
- Building detailed analyses of sales pipelines
- Implementing and managing forecasting for international business
- Ensuring successful implementation of business systems for revenue growth
- Building and improving sales and marketing processes
- Overseeing CRM and sales data management practices
- Implementing KPIs to measure and improve GTM team effectiveness
- Interacting with and presenting to executives
- Leading and participating in transformation programs
- Participating in GTM tech stack design, implementation, and stability
- Partnering with GTM teams to identify and build new business systems
- Training and supporting end-users of systems and tools
- Building sales capacity and annual planning models
- Designing balanced sales territories aligned with segmentation and budgets
- Creating reports and dashboards for KPIs
- Participating in SIP design and implementation
- Building SIP plan cost scenarios and simulations
- Implementing the new SIP, designing and delivering communication materials, building incentive calculators
- Designing and implementing new forecast processes
- Conducting training for sales leadership and individual contributors
- Building new KPIs and reports to assess sales organization productivity
- Participating in Deal Desk and Win Desk process build-out and execution
- Consolidating and analyzing pipeline and bookings data from multiple sources
- Implementing new GTM cadence and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise software or private equity
- Experience within acquisitive companies
- Experience with broader GTM tech stack (e.g., marketing automation, ZoomInfo)
- MBA
