Full-Time Senior S/4HANA Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior S/4HANA Cross Functional & Migration Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in driving our SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration, and leading data migration efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP experience, a deep understanding of business processes, and expertise in migration strategies to support our digital transformation journey.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration process, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with S/4HANA capabilities.
• Drive configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4HANA modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other domains.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices for SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize and streamline business processes through SAP functionality.
• Support system integration efforts, including interfacing with third-party applications and legacy systems.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security, and governance policies.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and end-users on S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Deep understanding of cross-functional processes in SAP, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BODS, or other ETL tools.
• Strong knowledge of SAP best practices for data governance, master data management, and business process reengineering.
• Experience in SAP Activate methodology and agile project execution.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Expertise in SAP integration with third-party systems (IDOCs, APIs, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
