Location: Remote West Coast, US

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $180,000 OTE plus equity (70/30 Split)

What You'll Do: As an SDR Manager, you will be the primary support for our growing team of sales development representatives who are responsible for expanding our footprint in the mid-market segment. You will provide training and quality analysis and ensure SDRs are set up for success with maximum productivity.

  1. Provide initial and continuous training on cold calling best practices and pipeline management.
  2. Build out new processes, documentation, and resources for the team to ensure scalability and growth.
  3. Ensure SDRs reach their KPI targets each month through strong management processes.
  4. Maintain quality assurance processes, providing input for improvement.
  5. Work with operations to ensure tools and information databases are configured for maximum success.
  6. Maintain an appointment no-show rate at or below the industry benchmarks.
  7. Proactively identify and remove obstacles to SDR performance.
  8. Handle escalated calls and provide real-time support for SDR questions.
  9. Provide reporting to upper management and other departments as requested.
  10. Work continuously to improve the efficiency of the department overall by bringing new ideas to leadership.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience leading outbound SDR teams (preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS) with a demonstrated record of success.
  • Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to recognize patterns in a variety of performance statistics.
  • Genuinely care about helping SDRs, Customers, and Partners
  • Team player, always willing to share knowledge as necessary.
  • Demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your professional communication.
  • Coachable and eager for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate time management skills.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
