Key Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with sales teams to provide technical expertise, develop strategies, and discover business opportunities.
- Creating customized demonstrations of the HackerOne platform for specific customer needs.
- Leading the technology evaluation stage with prospects at various technical levels.
- Developing documentation and implementation plans tailored to each customer.
- Conducting product workshops and deep dives for key accounts.
- Analyzing customer feature requests and collaborating with engineering/product teams.
- Providing technical insights for deals and accurate forecasting.
- Evangelizing HackerOne and hackers at industry events.
- Staying updated on industry trends for comprehensive knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years pre-sales experience, 3+ years working with enterprise clients.
- 2+ years in application security, understanding security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and demonstration skills to articulate platform value.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Passion for technical sales and customer understanding.
- Strong problem-solving and learning skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
