Full-Time Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Senior Scrum Master with a strong Agile mindset and background in IT project environments.

This role involves guiding distributed teams, collaborating closely with US stakeholders, and ensuring efficient delivery using Agile best practices.

1. Lead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
2. Foster adherence to Agile principles and support continuous improvement.
3. Serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach for the team.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint goal alignment.
5. Monitor sprint progress, manage velocity, and anticipate risks to timelines or scope.
6. Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
7. Use JIRA to track and report project metrics.
8. Identify and remove team blockers promptly.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• IT project experience in AI, ML, or Data Engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with US-based teams.
• PMP, CSM or other project management certifications are nice to have.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

Languages: Excellent written and verbal English.
