At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Colombia. Position Overview: As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide our team in effectively adopting Agile practices to deliver high-quality results. By spearheading communication between the client and the team, you ensure that client goals are met. You will leverage your expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies to create a productive and harmonious working environment, aligning with CI&T's values of Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation. Your bilingual abilities in English and Spanish will play a critical role in facilitating client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile practices and ceremonies to enhance team performance.
- Spearhead communication with clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Develop Roadmap and Delivery Plans to drive successful project execution.
- Report project progress to clients and propose strategic approaches to meet their goals.
- Navigate and adapt to a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Conduct and manage Sprints with CI&T teams and external clients.
Must-have skills
- Proven experience in creating strong rapports with clients.
- Expertise in bridging Business, Technical, and Process perspectives.
- Proficiency in developing Roadmap and Delivery Plans.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
