Full-Time Senior Security Architect

• Partner with Engineering teams to embed security throughout the SSDLC.
• Lead cross-engineering security improvement initiatives.
• Advise engineering leadership and product teams on architectural decisions.
• Design and guide security for AI and ML systems.
• Define and evolve cloud security architectures and best practices.
• Establish and maintain secure development standards.
• Oversee threat modeling, design, and code reviews.
• Deliver training and mentorship to strengthen security capability.
• Support product incident response and drive improvements.
• Continuously learn and update security policies.

• 6+ years in software development and 5+ in security, including 3+ in a security architecture or technical leadership role.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in secure design and threat modeling.
• Proven record of partnering with Dev and SRE teams to scale security.
• Deep knowledge of SSDLC, secure coding, and cloud security (AWS preferred).
• Experience designing security for AI and ML systems.
• Expertise in threat modeling, risk management, and secure architecture reviews.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiar with frameworks (OWASP, NIST, CSA).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Practical experience with security tools and cloud-native technologies.

• Experience with FedRAMP-compliant systems.
• Experience presenting to the security community.
• Knowledge of security testing and research.
• Experience driving security maturity programs in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
• Track record of mentoring engineers in secure design.
