Senior Security Services Engineer will own, manage, and support customers deploying CyberArk Privilege Access Management solutions.
Collaborate with customers to kick off transition projects, provide support in planning, manage technical activities, oversee transitions, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. Ensure seamless deployments, positive customer experiences, and enable customers to continue and grow with CyberArk solutions.
Responsible for delivery and ongoing customer success throughout all deployment lifecycle stages:
- Planning, deploying, integrating
- Providing technical assistance
- Expanding and securing customer environments
- Setting customers up for success with CyberArk's Privilege Access Management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to deploy and configure CyberArk Privilege Access Management solutions
- Serve as primary point of contact during planning, deployment, and post-implementation stages
- Assist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines
- Assist customers through CyberArk product migrations
- Work off-hours periodically to support customers during scheduled maintenance windows for system upgrades/migrations
- Lead customer engagements to test, validate, and onboard privilege accounts (potential for out-of-box and custom integrations)
- Act as subject matter expert guiding customers through Privilege Access Management and security best practices
- Process and analyze customer and product usage for the benefit of both customers and CyberArk
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience working in enterprise software or systems integration
- 14+ years of experience deploying CyberArk products (preferred experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management Self-Hosted)
- Experience with CyberArk migrations (Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted and/or Self-Hosted to Privilege Cloud)
- Experience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms
- Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities to understand critical issues, and bring solutions to complex problems
- Ability to anticipate risks, react, and devise solutions
- Understanding of enterprise customer needs
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of numerous tasks and ensure accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners
- Security+ or similar security certifications (preferred)
Salary: $90,000 - $132,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus (based on performance). Base pay may vary.
