Hire Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead both technical SEO and editorial content strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate SEO insights, audience data, and content planning to drive measurable organic growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SEO Strategy (Technical & On-Page): Conduct technical audits and implement on-site improvements.
- Optimize website architecture, metadata, and internal linking structure.
- Track and report on SEO performance across key KPIs using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical recommendations.
- Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Content Strategy & Editorial Planning: Leverage keyword research and trend analysis to create content strategies.
- Translate SEO insights into actionable editorial calendars.
- Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new opportunities.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Collaborate on campaign-level content planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in SEO strategy and content marketing.
- Demonstrated success optimizing websites and scaling SEO content in B2C sectors.
- Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BuzzSumo, and content planning platforms.
- Deep understanding of audience intent and content mapping.
- Experience creating editorial strategies informed by SEO and competitive analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Mastercard’s Priceless or travel-related brand tone is a plus.
