We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement changes on client websites to adhere to Google best practices.
- Pursue growth opportunities for assigned clients.
- Regular communication with clients for goal discussion and result delivery.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and campaign performance objectives.
- Strategize with team members for creative solutions.
- Identify and escalate client issues to executives.
- Stay updated on SEO industry trends through research.
- Generate reports to demonstrate progress and value.
- Present findings to influence client content strategies.
- Lead sales processes and collaborate in solution development.
- Collaborate with client development teams for website implementation.
- Mentoring junior staff.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of SEO experience in an agency environment.
- 1-2 years of client-facing experience.
- Experience with local and eCommerce SEO.
- Ability to lead strategy for large growth clients.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Content Marketing.
- Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive collaboration and workload management.
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits and performance bonus.
