Full-Time Senior Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA Certified)

• Responsible for decisions concerning the audit process.
• Collect and analyze information for certification recommendations.
• Control and perform auditing activities.
• Perform social compliance certification audits in conformance with CSCA standards.
• Ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Remain qualified for social audits and SMETA in line with SEDEX and CSCA requirement.
• Provide determination on registration recommendations.
• Operate the SGS Certification System in all auditing activities.
• Responsible for the overall audit team.
• Control/oversee activities of audit teams.
• Assist in training of other Auditors.
• Maintain audit-related credentials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or food
• APSCA auditors with minimum RA status CSCA is required
• 5+ years’ work experience in Food / Agri industry
• Minimum 2 years' experience in code of conduct compliance or safety, environment & quality management
• Minimum 3 years auditing experience and qualified as lead certification auditor
• Experience in delivering training is preferable.
