Responsibilities
- Translate organizational goals into social media strategies.
- Create and manage a year-long content calendar, executing campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage conversations among followers.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to expand reach.
- Monitor social media for issues and respond appropriately.
- Develop response strategies for handling brand reputation challenges.
- Measure key performance metrics and analyze social media efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, focusing on organic strategy and execution.
- Proven success in growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in audience research and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
