We are seeking a skilled Senior Social Media Specialist to manage our client's social media presence and online engagement.

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Creating multi-channel social media calendars with complete ownership of copy.
• Defining social media KPIs, setting objectives, and reporting on ROI.
• Researching current trends and audience preferences.
• Communicating with followers and responding to queries promptly.
• Engaging in social media communities, responding to posts, and fostering discussions.
• Measuring the success of social media campaigns.
• Analyzing competitor activity.
• Collaborating with designers to ensure high-quality content.
• Suggesting and implementing new content types to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in social media, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to create creative content (text, image, video).
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with web design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
