Full-Time Senior Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a talented Senior Social Media Specialist to manage our client’s social media pages and online presence.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create multi-channel social calendars with complete ownership of the copy.
• Define social media KPIs, set objectives, and report on ROI.
• Research current trends and audience preferences.
• Communicate with followers and respond to queries promptly.
• Engage in social media communities.
• Measure campaign success.
• Analyze competitor activity.
• Collaborate with designers for content quality.
• Suggest and implement new content types.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven work experience in social media (preferably in a B2B SaaS company).
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Creative content creation (text, image, video).
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with web design is a plus.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices.
