• Create Social Calendars: Own all copy for multi-channel calendars.
• Define KPIs and Objectives: Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Research Trends and Preferences: Analyze current benchmarks and audience preferences.
• Communicate with Followers: Respond to queries timely.
• Engage in Social Communities: Respond to posts and foster discussions.
• Measure Campaign Success: Analyze the success of social media campaigns.
• Analyze Competitor Activity: Monitor competitor activity regularly.
• Collaborate with Designers: Ensure high-quality content.
• Suggest New Content Types: Develop brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven social media experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Creative content creation (text, images, video).
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with web design is a plus.
• Solid understanding of social media KPIs.
