Full-Time Senior Software Licensing Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Licensing Analyst to join the Subscription and Usage Analytics team.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing license reports to identify revenue opportunities.
• Working with the sales team and leading customer meetings.
• Negotiating usage true-ups.
• Educating customers on entitlement measurement.
• Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to improve verification.
• Delivering projects to enhance processes and develop usage guidelines.
• Meeting business SLAs for compliance processes.
• Maintaining documentation for internal teams and customers.
• Training other users on compliance best practices.
• Identifying manual processes for automation.
• Assisting in testing new functionality.

Ideal candidate requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, pricing, sales operations, renewals, or deal desk (preferably in software).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Understanding of cloud application technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Experience working with end-customers.
• Experience leveraging AI in work processes.

Additional desired skills:

• License compliance, audit, or usage verification experience.
• Dashboard development in Tableau or Power BI.
• SQL/Snowflake experience.
• Project Management methodologies.
• ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience with cloud-based License Entitlement, CRM, and/or PRM solutions.

Compensation: $88,000 - $145,200 base pay, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
