Full-Time Senior Software Licensing Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Licensing Analyst to join our Subscription and Usage Analytics team.

The candidate should be a self-starter, able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering teams globally to improve our program.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing and interpreting license utilization information.
2. Reviewing contractual data to help customers understand their ServiceNow platform usage.
3. Negotiating upsell motions with the Sales Organization.
4. Supporting projects to automate processes (gathering requirements, workflow optimization, task tracking, application testing).
5. Delivering individual and group projects to improve current processes and usage guidelines.
6. Meeting business SLAs related to compliance.
7. Maintaining documentation for internal teams and customers.
8. Training other users on compliance and use verification.
9. Identifying manual processes for improvement and automation.

Ideal candidate requirements:

• Experience in leveraging AI, or critical thinking about AI integration.
• 5+ years' experience in data analytics, pricing operations, sales operations, or deal desk (preferably in software).
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Understanding of cloud application technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and large data sets.
• Experience working with end customers.
• Strong project management experience, ideally with Agile SDLC.

Additional desired skills:

• License compliance, audit or usage verification experience.
• Dashboard development (Tableau, Power BI).
• SQL/Snowflake experience.
• Project management certifications.
• ServiceNow platform experience.
• Cloud-based License Entitlement, CRM or PRM solutions experience.
