Full-Time Senior Staff Data Analyst

• Total experience: 10+ years.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and data lake concepts.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
• Proficient in Python for data ingestion, transformation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization.
• Experience with data modeling, semantic layers, and KPI definitions.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools for version control and pipeline automation.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially DataFlow and Cloud SQL.
• Exposure to Looker LookML development and semantic modeling.
• Understanding of modern data lakehouse architectures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs.
• Envisioning solutions and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating and validating WBS and effort estimates.
• Addressing issues promptly and responding to challenges.
• Giving constructive feedback and setting clear expectations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Providing solutions during code/design reviews.
• Carrying out POCs to validate design/technologies.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
