Full-Time Senior Staff Engineer (IAM- Microsoft Entra ID)

Requirements:

1. Total Experience: 10+ years
2. Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID implementation, solutioning, migration, and consulting.
3. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure AD capabilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
5. Proficiency in identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and directory synchronization tools like Azure AD Connect.
6. Experience in developing and enforcing security policies, including Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
7. Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and IAM process improvements.
8. Hands-on experience in cloud and hybrid identity management, integrating on-premises and cloud-based environments.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex identity-related issues efficiently.
10. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in IAM technologies, with a proactive approach to implementing innovative solutions.
11. Migration experience from one IAM solution to another is highly desirable.
12. Excellent communication and leadership skills to provide technical guidance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
13. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and converting them into technical designs that meet the requirements.
• Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them to developers.
• Identifying different solutions and selecting the best option that meets the client's needs.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.
• Writing and reviewing design documents explaining the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers.
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensuring that all relevant best practices are followed.
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it.
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.
• Resolving issues raised during code/review through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause and justifying the decision taken.
• Carrying out Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to ensure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
