Full-Time Senior Staff Engineer, QA Manual (Salesforce Testing)

• Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client's needs.
• Envisioning solutions, defining technologies and frameworks.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating and validating WBS and estimated effort.
• Addressing issues and providing constructive feedback.
• Helping in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Providing solutions during code/design reviews.
• Carrying out POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements.

• Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce QA.
• Salesforce QA: Across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Testing: Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (LWC), workflows, Process Builders, Flows, and Salesforce configurations.
• API Testing: REST/SOAP, validating integrations with third-party applications.
• Automation: Selenium, Provar, Copado, TestNG, or similar.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Copado, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Test Management: JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Data Migration: Testing, validation, and ETL tool integrations (Informatica, MuleSoft).
• Database: Strong SQL skills for backend testing and data validation.
• Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
