Full-Time Senior Tableau Developer

MoCaFi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer to join our fast-paced team and play a key role in building sophisticated BI solutions.

Role Description:

• Design and implement intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Collaborate with the internal Data Engineering team to integrate and automate data from diverse sources.
• Develop ETL pipelines.
• Design and optimize scalable data models supporting reporting and analytics.
• Utilize Google BigQuery to manage large datasets.
• Work closely with internal business stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal performance of BI applications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for BI systems and provide training to business users.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Data Visualization BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services or FinTech data structures, systems, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery).
• Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with SQL and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
