Role Summary: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle hiring for critical roles in Japan, partnering with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and drive market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end hiring for key functions.
2. Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy and best practices.
3. Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
4. Manage recruitment funnel using ATS systems.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
6. Support workforce planning and compensation benchmarking.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 4-5 years in Japan's tech/cybersecurity market.
• Proven success in filling complex roles.
• Strong market knowledge of Japan's talent landscape and sourcing strategies.
• Fluency in Japanese; strong English communication preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Self-starter with strong execution skills.
