Role Summary: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle hiring for critical roles in Japan, partnering with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and drive market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for key functions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy and best practices.
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage recruitment funnel using ATS systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support workforce planning and compensation benchmarking.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 4-5 years in Japan's tech/cybersecurity market.
- Proven success in filling complex roles.
- Strong market knowledge of Japan's talent landscape and sourcing strategies.
- Fluency in Japanese; strong English communication preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Self-starter with strong execution skills.
