Full-Time Senior Technical Architect – Digital Identity Standards

• As part of the Digital Identity Project, provide hands-on operational services and address requests for technological expertise.
• Investigate technical issues under the Project Management team's supervision, managing personal and confidential data with discretion.

• Engage in the architecture, design, and implementation of the Digital Identity Wallet.
• Provide expert advice on essential security principles.
• Conduct vulnerability and security risk assessments.
• Offer guidance to optimize the integration layer for secure data exchanges.
• Maintain technical specifications for digital identity protocols.
• Create user stories and acceptance tests, breaking them down into manageable tasks.
• Participate in sprint scheduling, project planning, daily stand-ups, and Scrum meetings.
• Review deliverables, prioritize defects, and assist with communication efforts.
• Maintain high standards of quality and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Good knowledge of English (at least level C1).
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experienced in leading and advising on complex identity management projects.
• Excellent knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and data protection.

• 6+ years in digital identity standards.
• 2+ years in IETF Verifiable Credentials specifications.
• 2+ years contributing to ISO/IEC Personal Identification standards.
• 5+ years in W3C Verifiable Credentials Data Model.
• 6+ years in Agile management.
• Proficient in Digital Identity Technologies (Blockchain, OAuth2), OpenID Connect, and decentralized identity systems.
• Familiar with governmental identity regulations.
• Skilled in applied cryptography, software/system architectures, Web Services, and APIs.
• Programming knowledge: Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.JS.
• Competent in CI/CD practices.
