The Sr. Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team, consulting with customers and configuring the ServiceNow Platform products based on configuration best practices to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes.
- Creation and delivery of platform solutions.
- Support engagement efforts related to platform wide process definition.
- Advise customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
- Lead customer design workshops across multiple ServiceNow platform products.
- Guide customers in completing required documentation.
- Draft technically-focused user stories.
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery.
- Develop required integration components.
- Prepare all customer-facing deliverables focused on the technology.
- Juggle multiple and complex projects/initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement practices.
- Support specific sales activities when required.
- Provide training and mentoring.
