Job Details
Senior Technical Specialist is responsible for developing, automating, and optimizing Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) and LIMS processes. This role supports advanced data workflows, lab software integration, and reporting systems. It blends IT with lab operations, aligning technical solutions with client and regulatory requirements.
- Generate EDDs in LIMS
- Troubleshoot Errors
- Work directly with clients and technical errors to resolve errors
- Upload/email EDDs and other deliverables to applicable databases or contacts
- Assist with EDD Identification requests
- Review and Certify EQAPPs
- Mentor junior EDD specialists and serve as the lead technical escalation point
- Design, build, and automate advanced EDD workflows (Level III/IV)
- Build dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of analytical lab workflows and regulatory data standards
Skills required for Success: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with LIMS and EDD systems.
Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English.
