Full-Time Senior Technical Writer - Unit 42

Senior Technical Writer will join a dynamic global Technical Writing team and collaborate with Unit 42 security consultants, subject matter experts, and internal teams. The role directly reports to the Director, Global Consulting Operations and works closely with GCO leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and Unit 42 senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review reports to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, process flows, client reports, executive briefings, whitepapers, training plans, and more.
• Administer, evaluate, and edit documentation processes to ensure a best-in-class repository.
• Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to create high-quality documentation.
• Develop and deliver training materials to improve consultant report writing and adherence to review processes.
• Maintain and develop report templates.
• Develop, edit, and manage content for Unit 42 proposals and RFP responses.
• Ensure all proposal materials are well-structured, persuasive, and compliant with client and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
• 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity communications, or other relevant technical writing.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong ability to convert unstructured information into clear, concise documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred:

• Background in management consulting or professional services.
