Full-Time Senior Technical Writer - Unit 42

The Senior Technical Writer will be part of a dynamic global team and collaborate closely with Unit 42 security consultants, subject matter experts, and internal teams to finalize client deliverables.

Your Impact

• Review investigative and expert reports to ensure quality and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
• Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process flows, client reports, executive-level briefings, whitepapers, and training plans.
• Administer, evaluate, edit, and support documentation processes.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to maintain high-quality documentation.
• Develop and disseminate training materials for enhancing report writing quality.
• Maintain existing and future report templates.
• Develop, edit, and manage content for Unit 42 proposals and RFP responses.
• Ensure proposal materials are well-structured, persuasive, and compliant.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field or equivalent military experience required
• 4+ years of experience with Cybersecurity communications language and subject matter is desired or other relevant technical writing experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to convert unstructured information into structured documents.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong autonomy, project prioritization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in preparing and interpreting flowcharts and schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Background in management consulting or professional services preferred.
