Full-Time Senior Test Automation Engineer

Holycode is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our bexio team.

bexio is a leading provider of web-based business software for SMEs in Switzerland. They have over 80,000 paying customers, over 1,000 qualified fiduciary partners, and more than 150 employees. They aim to provide high-quality, efficient software solutions for all businesses.

What awaits you:

• A dynamic QA team working collaboratively to ensure and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of the Automation framework.
• Using new automation tools for record and capture testing (at the forefront of automation) and also manual testing.
• Collaboration with development teams to ensure test scenarios for backend members.

What we expect from you:

• Solid experience with Gherkin (Cucumber).
• Basic understanding of Java (JVM, Spring).
• Solid experience with REST API testing (Postman, Insomnia, cURL, OpenAPI, Swagger, HTTP).
• Solid experience in manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with UI testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Self-driven individual, encouraged to come up with ideas and learn new technologies.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Bonus points for:

• Basic knowledge of Testim (Record and Capture tool).
• JavaScript knowledge.
• CI/CD experience (Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines, Bamboo, GitHub Actions).
• Shell scripting (bash, zsh, scripting).
