- Actively manage a prioritised backlog of performance improvement initiatives, driving investment cases from discovery to scale.
- Run experiments to validate SEO performance hypotheses, including SEO A/B tests and custom frameworks.
- Leverage your technical and analytical expertise to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate the delivery of SEO initiatives, liaising with Product, Tech, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers as needed.
- Maintain SEO performance awareness by monitoring and reporting on relevant indicators.
- Represent your area of responsibility effectively in cross-functional settings.
- Own and report on quarterly objectives at both team level and to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical capability and expert-level SEO subject matter expertise.
- 3 years of experience in (Enterprise) SEO (e.g., travel, e-commerce companies).
- Proven track record in project management and a strong ability to prioritise daily operational tasks.
- Advanced user of tools for all main SEO research, reporting, and diagnostic use cases.
- Awareness of emerging LLM / Search landscape and GEO opportunities.
- Detailed understanding of datasets relevant to the SEO ecosystem.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and Python.
