Full-Time SEO Manager

At iKhokha, we’re seeking an innovative SEO Manager who can supercharge our digital presence and redefine the way customers discover and engage with financial solutions.

What you'll do:

• Drive organic search engine traffic, improve overall visibility & performance of digital products.
• Develop & execute effective SEO strategies to maximize website ranking on major search engines and increase organic traffic.
• Develop & implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility & drive high-quality traffic.
• Optimize website content (landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions, etc.) to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
• Define and develop high-quality backlinks, monitor and adjust.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to implement fixes.
• Conduct thorough keyword research & analysis to identify content optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor & report on key SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, backlinks), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, develop strategies to outperform competitors in search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, social media, web development) to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing & business objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, & developers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website development and content creation processes.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends & technologies, proactively identify new opportunities to enhance SEO efforts.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are advantageous.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an SEO Manager or similar role.
• Successful track record of improving organic search performance & driving tangible results.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors & SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
• Solid knowledge of CMS, HTML, CSS, and website development principles; ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• HubSpot knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to develop and build high-quality backlinks; measuring and monitoring these.
• Excellent analytical skills, interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills, effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
