Full-Time Service Delivery & Project Manager - Security Operations

• Manage and oversee the implementation of SOC projects, ensuring that all aspects meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate and manage all project phases from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support your customer base and ensure that they get the most out of the services offered by our mySOC platform.
• Work alongside your customers to develop their Cybersecurity strategies.
• Manage the mySOC service using adapted governance: steering committee, technical committee, security committee, reports, service reviews, etc.
• Ensure the ongoing development of services by adapting them to the customer’s needs.
• Contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings.

• You will manage the deployment of the mySOC Managed Detection & Response service offering for an Energy supplier.
• Several hospitals trust you to run their outsourced SOC service.
• Define the monitoring plan for an international food group.
• Some major broadcasters entrust you with the management of a Managed Detection & Response service.
• Work as part of the Cybersecurity crisis unit of the CISO of a social security group.
• A customer’s SecOps team invites you to review the latest incidents to improve their SOC.

• You enjoy dealing with customers and being in regular contact with the organizations you protect.
• You take great interest in running a customers’ Cybersecurity strategy: you challenge and help them daily!
• You are flexible and willing to juggle different customers in different sectors.
• Even if you are usually working remotely with your customers, you enjoy visiting them occasionally to maintain proximity and lead a security committee, for example.
• Working in tandem with a Security Analyst, you will bring your strategic outlook to complement their tech outlook.
• You have a gift for teaching: explaining what someone should do to improve their security posture comes easily to you!
• With a general digital knowledge and a keen interest in Cybersecurity, you are motivated to develop your skills in this field.
