Position: ServiceNow Architect — Location: Chandler, AZ (Remote-first) — Duration: 12 months, contract-to-hire.
Role summary: Design and guide implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD and CMDB; lead architecture, integrations, governance and platform optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and implementation for ServiceNow modules.
- Design integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server).
- Oversee customization, data model/CMDB (CSDM) alignment and platform upgrades.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and client-facing advisory.
- Establish governance, security and deployment/version control practices.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with 6gt;=3 years in lead/architect role.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD/CTA preferred.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB and CSDM.
- Extensive integration experience (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server) and proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API.
- Strong ITIL knowledge and agile project experience.
Work model & notes: Remote-first with occasional travel; preference for candidates in AZ/CA time zones.
