REDE Consulting seeks highly qualified professionals for critical roles in ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing complex projects with significant impact on organizational risk management and regulatory compliance.

1. Implement and manage ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules with a focus on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Continuous Monitoring.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive workflows, profiles, indicators, scoring models, and dashboards to ensure robust risk and compliance frameworks.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, and DORA, applying this expertise to client solutions.
4. For Architect/Lead roles: Design end-to-end solutions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide mentorship to team members.
5. For Business Analyst roles: Analyze complex GRC use cases and translate business requirements into actionable technical stories.
6. Contribute domain expertise in Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, or Life Sciences to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
7. Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
8. Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes and ServiceNow platform updates to provide cutting-edge solutions.
