What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer with expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support our organization's risk management and security incident response processes.

How you will do it
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions, specifically focusing on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize and extend the ServiceNow IRM and SIR modules to align with our organization's risk management and security incident response frameworks.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools, threat intelligence platforms, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, IT, and security operations, to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet business needs and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure their quality and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities related to Integrated Risk Management and Security Incident Response.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation, configuration, and/or customization of ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management and Security Incident Response modules.
- Experience developing & administrating on a ServiceNow Platform including working with Workflows, Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Items & Record Producers, Groups, Roles, Tables
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Studio, workflows, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Business Rules.
- Solid understanding of risk management frameworks, security incident response processes, and industry best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with GRC tools, threat intelligence platforms, and SIEM systems.
- Assist with the design, engineering, deployment, and maintenance of custom automation tools (primarily in Python, and PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certifications are highly desirable.
