Summary: The Servicing Analyst is responsible for delivering regular analytical support and comprehensive reporting on collection performance metrics, KPIs, strategies, delinquency trends, and investor portfolios. This role involves evaluating collection processes to assess their efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. Collaborates with various departments to develop, align, and execute strategic collection initiatives to drive performance and meet organizational goals.

1. Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports for collections team performance
2. Run daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency reports
3. Analyze and measure the success of collection strategies
4. Recommend strategy adjustments based on identified opportunities
5. Create and maintain workflows and process maps for all internal collection processes
6. Provide ADHOC reporting and data visualization
7. Mine and optimize data to generate reports analyzing current collections processes, borrower trends, and delinquency trends
8. Maintain and refine reports used in various collections processes (site visits, disconnects, skip tracing)
