We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Software Developer to design, develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint Server portals using .NET and modern graphic design technologies.
This role involves managing site content, enhancing portal capabilities, and ensuring daily maintenance of testing and MOSS portals.
The SharePoint Software Developer will participate in the testing process (test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certification) adhering to US digital standards, concepts, and best practices.
Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and project management from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions through requirements analysis, stakeholder and IT management consultation, system flow study, and data usage/process analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain key software suite components using classic ASP, Microsoft .NET, and SharePoint Server 2016/SharePoint Online.
- Implement SharePoint workflows and develop Business Intelligence dashboards.
- Document and demonstrate solutions via documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Build proof-of-concept examples/graphical simulations, maintain product test software, and create training demos.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect operational data following security and information protection policies.
- Develop clear, concise functional and design specifications, as well as user-friendly end-user documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends/technologies via continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SharePoint application development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- Senior-level experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Programming experience with .NET 4.5, C#, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, REST API, and PowerShell.
- Ability to utilize SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and Power Automate for workflow building.
- SharePoint development experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web applications.
- Experience with SharePoint's application services framework (implementation, configuration, usage of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services).
- SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online Designing and Developing Applications certification (preferred).
- SQL Server Stored Procedure writing, complex SQL query writing, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services, and Power BI (preferred).
