Job Responsibilities
- Utilize photos, construction drawings, survey details, established sign families and other provided information to understand and compile a drawing set to high quality standards.
- Analyze details and bring concerns to the attention of the Project Manager. Draw plans as requested and communicate concerns and suggestions for best options to the Project Manager.
- Establish and maintain standards per account as well as for department in general.
- Utilize client specific colors, images, text style and layout
- Maintain and keep records of client art files and drawings
- Track and report time spent on each set of drawings and communicate to Project Manager when time starts to exceed an expected amount of time.
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Review designs for errors before handing off to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Amend final designs to Senior Project managers comments and gain full approval for final signs
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on client work loads
- Be able to think outside the box and find new ways to create diagrams/renderings that communicate the goal of the design.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Adobe Suite
- 3+ years of experience in CorelDRAW
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Should be proficient in analyzing technical data and able to quickly expand knowledge base
