OpenSea, the world's leading NFT marketplace, is seeking a highly creative Creative Director to shape its brand identity and execute compelling campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the NFT and web3 industries.
Responsibilities:
- Set the creative vision, aligning with business goals and consumer insights.
- Develop and execute multi-channel creative campaigns to elevate the OpenSea brand.
- Lead the evolution of the brand's identity, considering trends in crypto and NFTs.
- Coordinate creative strategies with marketing, social media, and other channels for a unified brand experience.
- Adapt strategies to industry developments and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on user-centered digital experiences.
Desired Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership as a Creative Director in web3 or NFT industries, guiding brand transformations.
- Expertise in integrated marketing and creative strategies across platforms.
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize innovative branding and narratives.
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with hands-on creation and execution.
Compensation: $215,000 - $305,000 plus benefits & equity.
