As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise on risk monitoring and reviews for the organization, coordinate risk mitigation activities, and provide risk mitigation assistance to other groups.

- Identify and advise on risks to a group or the organization, using data analytics skills, advanced tools/techniques, and credit risk management knowledge.
- Analyze risks and research solutions.
- Advise and instruct teams/business groups on risk mitigation strategies.
- Consult on plans/decisions to avoid risks or mitigate their impact.
- Conduct research to understand and assess emerging risks.
Experience:
Minimum Required Experience:
- 4 years relevant experience; 5 years preferred
- Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on risk management experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency and experience in Tableau, SQL, Python, and/or other programming tools
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong data analytics experience and skillset
- Experience analyzing data to identify trends/relationships to inform conclusions
- Skilled in graphical representation of information (charts, diagrams, pictures, dashboards using Excel and Tableau); ability to present information engagingly and understandably
- Familiar with risk management procedures/approaches, experience working with first-line or second-line risk management functions
- Experience with risk metrics, risk limits and EWIs/KRIs related to Single-Family book portfolio
- Understand Enterprise Regulatory Capital Framework
- Apply complex solutions to financial analysis/forecasting (scenario/sensitivity analysis, stress testing, or attribution analysis)
- Able to work with individuals having different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively toward a common goal
