OUR NEW AWS SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions to meet customer needs and positive user experiences.

• Reshape traditional IT practices
• Help customers overcome cloud computing operational challenges
• Create and implement automated solutions
• Assist handling operational emergencies and incidents
• Build scalable and resilient cloud-native systems
• Provide operational excellence, cost-effective services, and high-class consultancy

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native solutions
• Improve and enhance the efficiency of operational processes
• Investigate and resolve customer environment problems
• Identify infrastructure improvements and suggest solutions
• Establish and update documentation and procedures
• Perform On-Call duties

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in English
• Open and collaborative with strong focus on client service
• Automation and scripting experience
• ITIL knowledge
• Solid experience working with AWS Cloud
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies
• Strong Oracle Database background
• Strong foundation in system administration (Windows and/or Linux)

It would be awesome, if you have:

• Understanding of IT infrastructure topology (public/private cloud, networking, virtualization, identity, security, storage)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-a-Code tools (Terraform, ARM, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, CloudFormation)
• Experience in describing and implementing operational processes
