Intern SkillBridge Internship: Recruiter

Overview: Citizant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Recruiter - SkillBridge Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, enhance your professional skills, and contribute to building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Participate in candidate sourcing efforts, utilizing various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
2. Resume Review: Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
3. Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate promptly with candidates. Assist candidates during on-site interviews to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Recruitment Systems Management: Utilize Citizant's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters.
6. Bulk Communications: Handle correspondence with applicants, including acknowledgment of applications, rejection notifications, and offer letters.
7. Event Participation: Support and participate in recruiting events to attract top talent.
8. Candidate Experience: Promote a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment processes
• Exposure to various recruitment tools and platforms

Additional Information: Completion of the internship does not guarantee a full-time position with Citizant. However, interns will gain valuable skills and experience to enhance their career transition.
