Full-Time SMB Customer Success Engineer

Hybrid Role: Requires 3 days onsite at our Costa Rica office (Zona Franca UltraLAG, Level 1, Heredia) and 2 days remote per week.

We're looking for an SMB Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore's SMB customers.

In this role, you'll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert throughout the customer journey, from implementation to renewal.

You will succeed when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing business performance gains from their investment in Procore.

What You'll Do:

• Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimize the value of Procore, based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
• Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform.
• Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers.
• Drive in product demonstrations.
• Provide the highest level of responsiveness and customer service.
• Foster a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization.
• Develop a mastery of Procore's products, professional services, and industry best practices.
• Up to 15% travel to client sites.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to communicate optimistically, clearly, and successfully with clients and handle customer inquiries.
• Fluent English speaker.
• 1+ years of Construction industry expertise
• 1+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing project construction.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive energy.
