Job Purpose SDR is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying potential clients, and arranging successful demo meetings for the Business Development Consultants (BDC). This role requires a balance of lead qualification, consultative communication, and technical expertise to ensure high conversion rates.
Lead Qualification & Engagement
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads, assessing their needs and ensuring they meet qualification criteria.
- Generate leads from different channels
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and ensure they are nurtured through the sales funnel.
- Identify key decision-makers and confirm their interest before scheduling demos.
High-Volume Client Interactions
- Engage in calls, ensuring effective conversations with potential clients.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand business size, industry, and accounting needs.
Scheduling & Demo Arrangements
- Successfully schedule a minimum of 100 demo meetings per month for the BDC team.
- Ensure that only qualified and high-potential clients proceed to the next stage.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and provide necessary details to both prospects and BDCs.
Consultative Approach & Needs Analysis
- Understand client pain points related to bookkeeping, tax compliance (TAX, IFRS), Els.
- Educate prospects on how the accounting software can streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
CRM & Data Management
- Update and maintain lead information in CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Track call success rates, demo attendance, and lead conversion effectiveness.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Work closely with BDC team members to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Provide feedback to the Team Leader on lead quality and common client concerns.
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company.
- Only Jordanian, Palestinian, Syrian, and Lebanese nationals are eligible to apply
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, by managing multiple clients independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on driving sales growth.
- Confident with a passion for creating a great customer experience by catering to their needs and striving for continuous improvement.
- Experience in a Fin-Tech/Accounting company is preferred.
