Full-Time SMM Manager (iGaming)

• Develop a social media strategy from scratch tailored to sports betting and casino segments
• Launch and manage Instagram, Telegram, Whatsapp channels, etc.
• Plan, create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, live sessions etc.)
• Build and moderate a loyal, active community of players and followers
• Track and analyze performance using analytics tools (native + third-party)
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging, on-brand content
• Work with streamers, influencers, and ambassadors
• Research and monitor trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements in the iGaming social space
• Create monthly reports on engagement, reach, conversions.

Proven experience as an SMM Manager (preferably in IGaming, betting, or high-risk niches)
Hands-on expertise with social networks
Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook audience behaviour
Solid copywriting and visual direction skills
Ability to analyze and improve content based on metrics
Independence initiative, and ownership mindset
Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken), French is a plus
Experience using AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, translations, and producing visuals tailored for gambling audiences
Experience with paid ads in Meta, Telegram Ads, Twitch sponsorships
Familiarity with affiliate marketing in the gambling space
Knowledge of content moderation and risk management in regulated platforms
Skills in community management, memes, gamification, or contests
Experience working with VPN/dynamics markets, high-risk niches, and limited advertising options
